As an experimental lab we produce a lot of data and are happy to share! Especially since we tend to have more data than we can deal with and much of it can be used in many different ways. We can provide mainly two types of data: behavioral (already coded in data sheets or raw video) as well as electrophysiology. For electrophysiology we have acute recordings under anesthesia as well as chronic recordings from freely moving animals doing different types of behavior and sleeping. Behavioral Data Sets

Hexmaze: Basic Mouse Behavior

This initial mouse behavioral data set is available as data table with individual paths coded in passed nodes. A more detailed description is published here. Further, on request we can provide the raw videos for additional analysis. Overall the data set contains data from 16 mice, who were run in the maze ~9 months with 2-3 sessions per week (~60 sessions per mouse). Each session will have 20-40 trials per mouse. Thus in total its ~30 000 trials in the whole data set.

Object Space Task: Basic Mouse behavior

This initial mouse behavioral data set is available as data table with individual exploration times of each object summarized across the 5 min trial period. A more detailed description and the data is published here. Further, on request we can provide the raw videos as well as tables with each exploration bout coded separately. Overall the data set contains data from 31 mice, each mouse went through 3 conditions (overlapping, random, stable) with each 21 trials. Thus in total its ~ 2 000 trials in the whole data set

Object Space Task: Basic Rat behavior

This initial rat behavioral data set is available as data table with individual exploration times of each object summarized across the 5 min trial period. A more detailed description and the data is published here. Further, on request we can provide the raw videos as well as tables with each exploration bout coded separately. Overall the data set contains data from 31 rats, each mouse went through 3 conditions (overlapping, random, stable) with each 6 trials. Thus in total its ~ 560 trials in the whole data set

Object Space Task: EHMT1 Mouse

This mouse behavioral data set compares EHMT1-KO and wildtype controls and is available as data table with individual exploration times of each object summarized across the 5 min trial period. A more detailed description is published here. Further, on request we can provide the raw videos as well as tables with each exploration bout coded separately. Overall the data set contains data from 31 wildtype mice and 24 KO mice, each mouse went through 3 conditions (overlapping, random, stable) with each 21 trials. Thus in total its ~ 3 400 trials in the whole data set

Electrophysiology: Acute Data Sets (ANESTHESIA)

ECOG+ Probes

In this data set we have for each animal 8 different 1h conditions (counterbalanced across animals): baseline X2, ventral commissure electrical stimulations with random, timed to ripples and 200ms after ripples, timed to slow oscillations. Each animal has one 32-channel silicone probe in the prefrontal cortex and one in the hippocampus as well as an ECOG grid above the parietal cortex. Half the animals had a ketamin anesthesia, half ketamin+dex. In total there are 8 animals, thus the data set is 64h of data with ~75-80 channels.

CBD

In this data set we recorded ~6h after giving orally CBD or veh (each n=9). Each animal has one 32-channel silicone probe in the prefrontal cortex and one in the hippocampus. Animals had a urethane anesthesia. In total the data set is ~108h of data with ~64 channels.

SERT

In this data set we recorded ~3h in SERT KO and wildtype controls (each n=8). Each animal has one 32-channel silicone probe in the prefrontal cortex and one in the hippocampus. Animals had a ketamine+dex anesthesia. In total the data set is ~48h of data with ~64 channels.
